my new HP notebook...

hahaha... surprise surprise... I got a new HP notebook today and I did not even requested for it! Yup.. it's one of those... "Hey Gene! I've got a spare *new* notebook. TAKE IT!" kinda scenerios man. Amazing! Best of all, it's not just any notebook, it's one of the current latest ones offered to employees and the sweetest part of this, is the display resolution. How's 1400 x 1050 sound to you? I'll say that again. 1400 x 1050. nuff said.

- 60GB 7200rpm drive (runs faster and hotter too!)
- Gigabit Ethernet (don't know any place that uses Giga yet except when connected to Servers)

So what does this say? In life, you have to know the right people to get to certain things done. :-) (well, not all the time but it does help! duh... why do you think people network so much?)
